Wayne is an executive coach and organizational consultant with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, team effectiveness, talent strategy and organizational change. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology focused on leadership and teams and was recognized as a Killam Scholar. Wayne has held senior leadership roles in global organizations and is an invited lecturer with the Haskayne and Bissett schools of business.
