Wayne Ormond, Ph.D., ACC

Wayne is a certified executive coach with over 20 years of leadership experience across a variety of public and private sector industries including healthcare, telecommunications, oil & gas, technology, manufacturing, education and not-for-profit. He has a doctoral degree in Business Psychology from the University of Calgary where he was awarded for his contributions to the understanding of leadership and teams. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Invited Lecturer in the Haskayne School of Business, Bissett School of Business and SAIT's Professional Education Program.

Colleen Ham, CEC

Colleen is a highly sought after certified executive coach with over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries including technology, transportation, oil & gas and not-for-profit. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Having worked in several senior leadership roles, she brings a wealth of experience and insight to her coaching and consulting clients.

Jayna has extensive experience as a leadership development and talent management expert, having worked with a number of Fortune 500 organizations across a variety of sectors including oil & gas, education, technology, healthcare, and finance. She has a master's degree in Business Psychology from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As both coach and consultant, Jayna brings a breadth and depth of experience to her clients.
