Ensuring alignment on key stakeholders, external factors, and organizational dynamics lays the groundwork for effective collaboration. It may sound straightforward, but how aligned is your team on its key stakeholders and influencers? What assumptions and predictions do they share about the future? Do they agree on the political and economic realities they are facing? And do they all know what challenges they are facing today and potentially into the future? Without a shared understanding and alignment on such critical topics, the team may be left with a misguided, unrealistic, or incomplete Mission.
